The name Fifty-Seven Third is a tribute to Psalm 57:3, which reads: "He reaches down from heaven and saves me, challenging the one who tramples me. Selah. God sends his faithful love and truth." This verse has always spoken to my heart, reminding me that God is faithful, even in the hardest times. It's a reminder that He goes before us, guiding us and sending His love and care in every season.
This guiding scripture inspired the name Fifty-Seven Third, but the name also has a deeper meaning tied to the community we serve — area code 573. Our spa was created to be a place where women in our region can feel cared for, loved, and supported, just as God cares for us. Through our services, we aim to reflect God's love and faithfulness by nurturing our clients, building meaningful relationships, and making an impact in our local community.

Our Story
For over a decade, I honed my skills in the beauty and medical fields — working in day spas, medical spas, and even as an Esthetic Educator. Yet my heart longed to do something more: to serve others in a deeper way, offering more than just skincare treatments. I envisioned a space where women could feel truly valued and cared for, inside and out. In Cape Girardeau, I saw a need for a boutique spa that combined exceptional, measurable results with genuine care, integrity, and expertise — not another provider who treats every skin concern the same way. That vision became Fifty-Seven Third, and it's why our team of licensed estheticians has built deep specialties in two areas: clearing stubborn acne and helping mature skin age with strength and grace, using advanced techniques like DMK Enzyme Therapy and Glacial Facial Therapy alongside the fundamentals that never go out of style.
