1. Program Description
As a subscriber, you will receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and other appointment-related updates from Fifty-Seven Third. We do not send promotional offers or marketing blasts through this program. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.

By submitting your phone number through our website, over the phone, or in person, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Fifty-Seven Third related to your appointments. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Opt-Out
You can cancel this SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us.
